Privacy Policy for the eValidate Mobile App

This privacy policy governs Your use of the eValidate App (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Zunoma Limited. The Application is used to provide validation for various types of documents generated by Zunoma Ltd. 

What information does the system obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information 

When You register with Us You generally provide Your name, email address, password and other registration information. Registration with Us is optional. However, please keep in mind that You will not be able to use the features offered by the Application unless You register with Us.

Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device You use, Your devices unique device ID, the IP address of Your device, Your operating system, the type of Internet browsers You use, and information about the way You use the Application.

The Application does not collect precise information about Your location.

Contact & Communication

Users contacting the Application and/or its owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of Your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Your employer will be able to advise You of Your rights to opt out of the service.

You may opt out of receiving emails from eValidate by following the clear instructions provided within all emails we send out.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain user data for as long as it is required to provide the eValidate service to you. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If You’d like User Provided Data that You have provided via the Website and/or Application deleted please contact Your employer. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of Your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. All data is stored on servers within Europe. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. We will advise You at the first reasonable opportunity upon discovering or being advised of a security breach where Your personal information is lost, stolen, accessed, used, disclosed, copied, modified, or disposed of by any unauthorised persons or in any unauthorised manner.
